On days two and three we visited friends and family in Devon, sadly the weather wasn’t great so nothing really to post from these two days.
By day four I was really craving the sea or a swim somewhere! I’m ok missing 1 day but if I miss two days, well lets just say I need my vitamin sea!
Here I am in Dorset, Lyme Regis on the way to my long awaited swim. It was a lovely sandy beach, I’m used to pebbles in Brighton and Hove . I’m also used to being surrounded by lots of swimmers! Well it’s fair to say the beach was busy with lots of people looking for fossils. No swimmers at all!
I soon became the only swimmer! I stripped off, swimming costume was already underneath my many layers and I rushed into the sea, I couldn’t wait! I know any swimmers reading this will totally understand!
The funny thing was, no one took any notice, they were far too engrossed with looking for fossils! Here’s some more pics
